I've had a long-standing relationship with Clink and it all started with “Rare Weddings.” I had a vision for an upscale, yet Austin-centric bridal event. Not only did the Clink team execute a perfect event, they understood my vision, stayed calm throughout, and helped increase our bottom line.
For the next event, we all kicked it up a notch with “Rarest of Them All.” The number of moving parts around this event was staggering: live music, silent auction, multiple bars, 30 food vendors, 20 retail vendors—add to all that a bunch of crazy circus-type performers and you have an event planner's nightmare. The Clink team was incredibly composed throughout the entire event and we could not have done it without them.
Clink has also been enormously helpful with “Austin Restaurant Week.” We'd never tried to execute a non-site-based event before that was solely dependent on media and marketing. Clink helped me venture into a new category. Two events later and a quarter million hits on the Austin Restaurant Week website, I'm more than impressed. We couldn't do any of it without the Clink team.

I am glad to have hired Clink for the 2006 KLRU Block Party. It was important for our organization to have an event professional assisting us with this project, as it was the first of a three year event series and we wanted to insure that it would be a success. Clink was instrumental in helping us create a uniform and distinctive event design that coordinated with our marketing collateral and in connecting KLRU with wonderful event professionals in the community who provided décor, lighting and rentals for the event.
I know that this event would not have been dubbed “THE event of the gala season” by a local social columnist without their participation and I am thankful for their counsel and support. They were extremely easy to work with and I believe that we made an excellent team.

We attempted to pull together a charity event for 400+ guests in less than 10 weeks. The feat was overwhelming, but you and your team quickly devised a plan of attack and carried us to the end with flawless execution. The event was recognized as a huge success by the courageous Texas 4000 team (who we were paying Tribute to), all the guests, and the press who gave us rave reviews!

Thanks to you and your staff for the wonderful events you planned and produced for us the past two years. Our “Hot Pink Party” achieved the goals we set, thanks to you. All the Hot Pink worn by our guests, the Hot Pink décor, the roll out of our new Inventory and Warehouse was appreciated by all who attended. Our “Hot Pink Party II” served to launch our new company name, and was another over the top success.
“Marquee” is now branded on the minds of all who attended and all who received our invitation to attend. Your attention to detail in the vision and planning sessions and your flawless execution made each event successful and enjoyable for us and our guests. We look forward to working with you on our future events.

Working with you was a true pleasure every step of the way. You were professional, flexible and anticipated our every need. This grand opening had more than its fair share of challenges and you took it all in stride making for a truly successful event. You took everything into account—including a fail-proof rain plan. If you could have controlled the weather, I know you would have done that too!

When asked to do a fundraising dinner at our home, I knew that I could count on you to come up with an event that would be spectacular! However, even I was not prepared for the magic that you created outside on the patios and pool deck for the Italian family style dinner. When the guests arrived, they said they felt like they were in Italy! The combination of the tapestry linens, lemon and lime topiaries and exquisite floral arrangements was truly BREATHTAKING. Every detail was perfect and I cannot thank you enough for making this event one that I will remember forever.

You helped us plan and execute our annual charity pizza carnival—a complicated event with a lot of moving parts—with such finesse that I wished we had hired them years ago! I can't say enough good things about their attention to detail, professionalism and the willingness to go the extra mile to help their client get exactly what they want. Because of your involvement, we had our best carnival to date, and were able to double our charitable contribution. This team is totally on the ball and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
